FlowPro employs competent staff and is concerned with maintaining ongoing competencies through training and supervision. Training is offered, where deemed necessary both internal and external to enhance our skills base, provide for future needs and maintain our competency levels.

We will achieve excellence in all we do through monitoring and measuring our performance against quantifiable objectives. In our Management Review Meetings we review and analyse quarterly statistical reports and determine if further ongoing corrective or preventative actions are required to ensure our continuous Improvement.

Our Quality Policy and Objectives are reviewed annually in consultation with the staff. We communicate our policy, objectives and any changes that may occur through regular Meetings and Induction Training.

Work Safe, Home Safe Policy

FlowPro Pty Ltd is a sewer rehabilitation company who is committed to having a safe work environment, free from accident or injury and safeguarding the health of all its employees. If we all "Work Safe" we will make it "Home Safe"

We are also committed to continuous improvement of our Health and Safety Management system and demonstrate this commitment:

• Setting objectives that measurable.
• Reviewing performance against objectives.
• Quarterly Management Review Meetings.
• Quarterly statistical reporting.
• Monitoring trends and setting corrective and preventative actions in place.

FlowPro recognises the responsibilities of compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety Acts and regulations, codes of practice and tenets of AS4801:2001.

Managers are responsible for implementing the company safety systems to ensure a safe work environment as follows:

• Staff are consulted regarding their safety and invited to have input into the identification of hazards and control measures as well as the Work Safe, Home Safe Policy.
• Responsible person's shall be nominated to monitor safety controls and Employees are expected to follow the company's safety system.
• Training and communication takes place in Toolbox Meetings and Pre-Start Meetings as required and the policy shall be posted to the FlowPro website.
• The Work Safe, Home Safe Policy shall be and reviewed annually and any reasonable staff suggestions added.

Environmental Policy

It is FlowPro's policy to strive for environmental best practice in accordance with the principals of ecological sustainability in the conduct of its business. FlowPro is committed to utilising methods, equipment and systems that reduce the impact on and the risk to the environment during its operations. As a company committed to protection of the environment we will:

• Pursue continuous improvement in environmental care and, where possible, utilise new developments and innovations which will have a direct benefit to environmental protection and prevention of pollution.

Manhole Inspections

Manhole Inspections are an important part of maintaining the sewer network system. The purpose of an inspection is to determine the structural integrity and service ability of the manhole by reporting on any defects such as gas attack, cracks/fractures, holes, infiltration sites, tree roots, blockages etc.

Property Inspections/Smoke Testing

Property inspections / Smoke testing is a method of inspecting sewer main lines and laterals to determine the sources of inflow and infiltration in the sewer network.

Before smoke testing takes place, all properties on the main line are visually inspected for defects such as broken pipes, low O.R.G’s (overflow relief gully) or direct storm water connections. Once completed and reported on, the smoke testing can begin.

Smoke testing is a relatively simple process that consists of blowing smoke mixed with large volumes of air into the sewer line. The smoke travels the path of least resistance and quickly shows up at sites that allow surface water inflow.

Smoke will identify defective manholes, illegal connections including roof drains, sump pumps and yard drains, uncapped lines and even will show cracked mains and laterals. Smoke travels throughout the system, identifying problems in all connected lines—even sections of line that were not known to exist or thought to be independent or unconnected.

High Pressure Jet Cleaning

High Pressure (HP) Jet Cleaning is also an important part of maintaining the sewer network.

It is carried out for regular maintenance services to ensure free-flowing lines and to prevent the occurrence of smells and gases that can cause corrosion, to clear blockages and to prepare lines for inspection or rehabilitation.

FlowPro is equipped with a jet truck capable of cleaning pipes from 100mm to 3000mm using 2200 psi at 315 lmp.

CCTV Inspections

CCTV Inspections are carried out to ascertain the condition and service ability of sewer/storm water networks. This is important in the maintenance of the system as it will discover any potential hazards before it becomes a disaster.

FlowPro can also carry out CCTV on newly established sewer and stormwater lines for new subdivisions.

FlowPro is equipped with state of the art camera systems as well as push rod cameras. We are able to inspect pipelines ranging in diameter of 100mm up to 1600mm.

Our reporting software is up to date and in accordance with the requirements of WSA 05-2008 Conduit Inspection Reporting Code of Australia.

Pipe Repair & Relining

FlowPro is a licenced Nuflow installer for residential and commercial jobs using Blueline Technology. We can repair diameters in from 40mm to 1000mm using our pipe repair and reline method. We can reline any type of pipe, diameter or length combination. We currently service all of Queensland.

Blueline Technology is designed to repair pipes under surfaces that you don't want to destroy. Blueline solves most problems with leaking sewerage pipes, leaking stormwater pipes and leaking water pipes without having to excavate any surfaces resulting in minimal disruption.

Commercial Solutions

If you have stormwater, sewerage, trade waste or potable water pipes under tons of concrete or factory floors, this presents no problem for FlowPro. Almost any shape pipe can be relined by us, including vertical or horizontal, square, rectangular or round pipes, 90 degree bends, P traps, S traps, Junctions and Elbows.

Our Blueline technologies are able to repair leaking sewerage pipes, leaking stormwater pipes and leaking water pipes without excavating any surfaces, providing minimal damage and high quality service. Our draining solutions are effective in drainage repair tasks and unblocking drains.

Our Blueline system is designed to repair pipes below a surface you don’t want to demolish. This easily takes care of stormwater drainage pipes, blocked drains and blocked sewage pipes without the hassle of pipe excavation. This technology provides fast, efficient service that you can rely on.

We are the experts in repairing junctions. The pipe reline and repair completely lines the whole junction in one operation.

Residential Solutions

The most versatile lining in the world, Blueline structurally repairs any type of blocked, damaged or leaking pipe with minimal disruption to your home. FlowPro can clear blocked sewerage pipes and blocked stormwater pipes allowing drainage system to be flowing again in no time.

How does the Blueline system work?

Before any relining takes place, the drains must first be inspected and surveyed. We use a pipe camera to identify and locate the cause of the problem. The drain is then cleared using high pressure water jets; once the blockage is cleared the pipe is then ready for the liner installation.

Our liner is custom made from fabric that is impregnated with specially formulated two part epoxy resin that sets hard, becoming a structural repair, in a matter of hours allowing minimal disruption and inconvenience.

Once the liner is tailor made and prepared, it is inserted in to your drain via any opening in the drain. It is positioned in place with a camera and inflated, forcing the liner to take the shape of the pipe filling voids or cracks and lining over any damaged section. After a curing period, the internal bladder of the liner is removed, completing the process and making the drain ready for use immediately.

On completion of all work carried out, you will receive a 10 year installation guarantee and a limited manufacturer's warranty of 50 years.

Manhole Rehabilitation

In the sewer network system, biogenic corrosion caused by hydrogen sulphide (H2S) highly deteriorates sewer infrastructures destroying up to 25mm of concrete per year and causing structural loss.

FlowPro uses a high-strength CAC corrosion resistant product, to coat new or existing manhole structures.
